Specifically, Dakota Communications has worked closely with the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP) and the Water Replenishment District (WRD) to create a Racial Equity Plan and Gender and Racial Equity Assessment, respectively.
Dakota Communications sat down with a wide array of employees of both LADWP and WRD, allowing them to voice their opinions on what is and isn’t working when trying to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion. Each report included the methodology used, the findings of the report, along with a series of recommendations in order to greater prioritize DEI values.
